How to access food
If you are in crisis and need food please see below for information on how to get a foodbank voucher, where you need to go to collect a food parcel and what is in a food parcel.
Get a foodbank voucher
In order to get a food parcel you need a Foodbank voucher, confirming you are in need. Lots of local agencies can give you a voucher including:
Citizens Advice Bureau
The job centre
Your doctor's surgery
Health agencies (e.g. mental health)
or email the Foodbank at email@example.com
Using your voucher
When you have your voucher, bring it to the Foodbank when we are open:
We are at Keward Business Park, Jocelyn Drive, Wells BA5 1DA (see map below).
What we can provide
We have standard food parcels containing nutritious food that has all been donated locally. We have parcels for individuals and families. Each parcel contains three days of food to provide three meals per day for each member of the household, along with toiletries. We will try to accommodate any special dietary requirements you may have but this may not always be possible.
