About Wells Vineyard Church

"Wells Vineyard Church is an established Church in Wells, Somerset. Having lived in Westbury-sub-Mendip for 13 years we felt God calling us to study for an Applied Theology Degree at Moorlands College near Christchurch."

"We planted Wells Vineyard towards the end of 2002 and the new Church has an informal, contemporary feel, with coffee and doughnuts as a regular feature. We aim to build a Church that is relevant to today's world, providing a caring environment in a society that is increasingly fragmentary. We aim to offer a Christian response to some of life's tough questions, and find ways of showing God's love in a practical way, by serving the local community."
